pFour Consulting Pty Ltd is a boutique consultancy that focuses on delivering organisation enhancements to realise

client needs. The four P’s (Purpose, Planning, People and Performance) are the cornerstones to sustain change.

We tailor consulting solutions to deliver Organisational Change with specialties in Strategic diagnostics, organisational improvement and implementation through program, project, and people change. To successfully provide these specialties (diagnostics to implementation), we coach and facilitate leaders and teams, becoming Executives’ strategic and trusted advisors to successfully navigate and implement organisational change.


pFour works with clients to define their current position, determine the future direction, and support the development of plans to realise the change. We pride ourselves on relationships and pragmatism, helping the organisation to establish an environment for change, and our collaborative work can be implemented to realise the difference.

Derek Brown

Derek is a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of Business Improvement experience and influence in both public and private management sectors in various industries with diverse stakeholder groups. He has demonstrated success in Business Improvement Program, Portfolio and Project development and management with a strong benefit realisation focus in delivering business results.

Derek prides himself on identifying and articulating the bigger picture, supported by solid planning, execution, change management and knowledge transfer. Derek supports Executives in establishing, enabling, and enhancing improvement programs and capabilities to drive business efficiency, effectiveness, repeatability and operational excellence.

Derek strongly believes that any organisation can operate systems and processes to deliver results and expected benefits. Yet, the organisation that learns to tap into and maximise the potential of its people provides greater capacity for growth.
