Derek Brown
Derek is a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of Business Improvement experience and influence in both public and private management sectors in various industries with diverse stakeholder groups. He has demonstrated success in Business Improvement Program, Portfolio and Project development and management with a strong benefit realisation focus in delivering business results.

Derek prides himself on identifying and articulating the bigger picture, supported by solid planning, execution, change management and knowledge transfer. Derek supports Executives in establishing, enabling, and enhancing improvement programs and capabilities to drive business efficiency, effectiveness, repeatability and operational excellence.
